Stoicism, Powerlifting, Strongman, Functional Movement

First and foremost, I am a student of being better, which is why I study Stoicism. If you are interested in getting better at dealing with the struggles of life, or living a more principled life, then you may enjoy learning about Stoicism.

Drawing on my experience as a life-long athlete and my broad education, I help both athletes and general population move and perform to the fullest of their abilities through movement and strength training.

You’ll find articles on many things on this blog, but Stoicism and strength will probably be at the root of most everything.
