First and foremost, I am a student of being better, which is why I study Stoicism. If you are interested in getting better at dealing with the struggles of life, or living a more principled life, then you may enjoy learning about Stoicism.
Drawing on my experience as a life-long athlete and my broad education, I help both athletes and general population move and perform to the fullest of their abilities through movement and strength training.
